Travel reviews

When you’re running Web sites, paying attention to the details of your stats is important so you can focus where the interest is – if that’s also within the range of your own interests, too, of course. Among the searches that bring people here, travel reviews of various kinds (hotel, destination, cruise, etc) are always fairly high on that list of subjects, so today I’m going to link to the primary places where my reviews are posted, to make those searches more productive.

• As well as posting a fair bit to queries at TripAdvisor (as “explorenorth06″), I post photos and reviews of specific properties – those are linked from the Contributions section of my TripAdvisor Member page. Currently, the properties reviewed are: Young’s Motel (Tok, AK); Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites (Grande Prairie, AB); Mount Layton Hot Springs Resort (Terrace, BC); Liard Hotsprings Lodge (Alaska Highway) (seen in the photos below); and the Bell 2 Lodge (Stewart-Cassiar Highway).
