How to make a “Yukon Pussy” cocktail

I was looking for a drink last night to celebrate the arrival of the first pussy willows and what did I find but a Yukon Pussy! Seriously – Google it 🙂 It’s very simple, and I’m heading into town to get the ingredients shortly (it’s snowing right now, but sunshine and warmth is coming again in a couple of days). The recipe for this little warmer-upper:
- 1 oz Yukon Jack Canadian whiskey
- 1 oz Peach Schnapps
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- Pour into a nice big shot glass like that one below (4.5 ounce) with a bit of ice and enjoy 🙂
This is the view out the front window a few a minutes ago – blah…
