October 14th election? – think “96”
Posted On September 4, 2008
This morning’s news indicates that Canadians will be going to the polls on October 14th. This will be a very easy voting choice for me this time – 96 is the number of Canadian soldiers killed in Afghanistan.
Prime Minister Steven Harper is responsible for each of those deaths, and our presence there is slowly but surely destroying Canada’s international reputation, as we’re now seen by many as a puppet of George Bush. I won’t be voting “for” anyone especially, but I will sure as hell be voting against anyone who is on Harper’s platform. That means you, Darrell Pasloski – all the barbecues in the world don’t change the fact that you keep bad company.
