Happy New Year!

Cathy and I want to wish all of you a Happy New Year – we hope that 2013 brings you everything you want 🙂

We went into Whitehorse last night for the excellent fireworks show at 9pm, right after the 3-hour Family First events. This morning, we started the year off calmly, with a soak at what we jokingly call the Mary Lake Sanctuary & Spa.

Twenty minutes under my SAD therapy light will help the day go even smoother.

A bit of work to get rid of some large snow overhangs caused by the wind (which is uncommon here), and then we can get out snowshoeing with the dogs…
